With Panasonic, You and I Can Go The Distance!

Sunday, August 26, 2012 / , , , ,

The other day, I was invited to the launch of Panasonic's launch of their latest product. It was a hush hush event. I wasn't even sure about what exactly the event was about, so I RSVPed because it was sounded mysteriously intriguing. Damn right, I was glad I did!

It was a night of fun and laughter, (not to mention lots of karaoke-ing with the other bloggers), thanks to Panasonic. After a whole week of work, the team at Panasonic really knew how to spice up our Friday evening! Wish I could show you pictures, but I accidentally deleted them. :(

Based on the games we played, I expected Panasonic to launch a portable charger of some sort and I was right! You know how smartphone nowadays are, the lifespan of the batteries suck. I'm using an iPhone now and because of the shitty battery, I try not to use my phone alot when I'm outside. Not that it's a bad thing, but I'd like to stay connected wherever and whenever I am out. I'm sure I'm not alone on this. So..... I bought myself a portable from the nearest pasar malam for about $15.

Yup. Life.

I've been wanting to get myself a portable charger. Something handy, compact and will be able to provide my phone with a back up power supply.

Looks like I found it! ;)

There will be a light when the charger is switched on. The light indicates how much battery capacity is left.

Red - 30% and below
Yellow - 30% to 60%
Green - 60% to 100%

Oops, looks like I gotta charge it really soon.

Best part about it is that it not only can be used for your mobile phones, but even devices like your digital camera, portable audio player, gaming devices etc. Fantastic! Why get a portable charger for your phone when you can get an all - in - one USB Mobile Back Up Power (QE-QL 101) from Panasonic?

The model I have retails at $49.90! They've got a whole range of different models with different battery capacities, so you might wanna check it out.

Also, Panasonic is having a contest on their microsite here.

All you gotta do is avoid all the other symbols of actions that will use up your battery life. Tried playing a few times and it's pretty hard so if you're free perhaps you should try? You'll stand a chance to win smartphones!

Go, go, go!
