As media students,we're expected to read the news.
This is to make sure that we know about the current happenings around the world.
But being lazy and busy, the easiest way to read the news now
is by visiting the online news portals available right at our fingertips.
Thus, that's the reason why I always log on to http://www.straitstimes.com/
I get to read news fast, and IMO its very organised.
I get to read from one story to another and the whole look of the portal
keeps me coming back. Sleek and professional.

I don't see why Cyberita, a Malay news portal, have to look so boring.

I don't understand why things have to be so cluttered!
Not only that, but its colour scheme is so boring and unappealing.
Its not the kind of website that we'd wanna visit very often.
Am I the only one feeling that way?

I think so much more can be done to improve on the website.
Think about it, if we make the website more interesting, more interactive,
and more appealing to the audiences, more and more people will visit the portal.
And we all know that the fact that less and less Malay teenagers are reading newspapers,
maybe by revamping the site, we can help curb the problem.
Not only that, we can have a collumn for young aspiring writers, ie teenagers
to contribute to the website. Anything is possible, am i right?
Wait, who's with me?
No one.

As usual. I am talking to myself.
